Book Club Session 1 - May 18th-June 30th

Book 1 - Stop Calling Me Beautiful by Phylicia Masonheimer - find it here!

Have you ever felt as a Christian woman that you’re being talked down to in the midst of feel-good, self-help culture or ill-equipped to study the Bible? Phylicia Masonheimer’s passion is empowering women to approach the Bible with confidence while giving them tools to tackle tough subjects and dig deeper into God’s Word. Whether you’re a new believer or have been following the Lord for many years, there is much to learn and be encouraged by in Stop Calling Me Beautiful and we hope you’ll join us!

Book 2 - Recapturing the Wonder by Mike Cosper - find it here!

We are Christians who believe in the resurrection, so why does our faith feel so separate from the rest of our lives? If this question resonates with you like it does with me, let's explore old and new practices together that will awaken us to something new in our own Pastor Mike Cosper's book, Recapturing the Wonder.

Book Club Session 2 - July 6th - August 15th

Book 3 - The Gospel Comes with a House Key by Rosaria Butterfield - find it here

Imagine a world where you know the names of your neighbors, you eat meals together, you pray for their children, and you lend a helping hand before you are asked. When we practice hospitality, we meet strangers, invite them to become neighbors, and by God’s grace, many will go on to become part of His family. Join me on a journey through the book, The Gospel Comes with a House Key, as we learn how radically ordinary hospitality makes a difference in the lives of the people around us.

Book 4 - Searching for Spring by Christine Hoover - find it here!

If you are in the midst of suffering, if you find your faith withering, if you are questioning whether God is at work, or even present, as you wait for something in your life to become beautiful, Searching for Spring will be a welcome reminder that God never stops his redemptive work. Join me as we read Christine Hoover's book and discover how God makes all things beautiful in time.
