What to Expect
All families who are checking in kids should enter the building through the family entrance (backside of building, through the courtyard).
We ask that parents/guardians to take each child’s temperature before or when they arrive. Any child with a reported temperature greater than 100.4 or other signs of illness will not be permitted to enter (per CDC guidelines).
A hospitality team member will greet you and help get your kids checked in and to their classroom.
Pre-printed name tags and parent pick-up tags will be ready for each family upon arrival.
Each classroom will have two teachers to manage the room, provide care, teach, etc.
Teachers will be wearing masks the entire time they’re in the room with children. Gloves will also be worn during any activity that may require extra protection (changing diapers, cleaning/disinfecting toys, etc.)
Children ages 5 and under (this covers all the ages in our initial re-opening plan) are encouraged not to wear masks due to increased risk of suffocation or strangulation (per KY guidelines) .
Each room will be cleaned and sanitized before drop-off begins at each service.
Toys will be rotated between each service. Freshly sanitized toys will be used at each service. Toys that can't be cleaned between services will be removed from classrooms.
Snacks will not be served at this time.
Children will be able to go to the restroom one at a time, and our team will sanitize handles, faucets, and toilets with a sanitizing spray after each use.
