Why Should I Join A Group?
Community Groups are the best and primary way to get more connected at Sojourn. Each week, groups gather throughout the neighborhoods in our city to be who we are, where we are, together. Being part of one of these small communities is an opportunity for us to know others on a more personal level, grow together in faith in Jesus, and serve the neighborhoods that we live in.
We invite you to visit one that meets near you!
How Do I Join A Group?
The best place to start is to visit our online maps to see what groups meet near you. We encourage you to visit 1-2 groups and decide which one would be a good fit for you, your schedule, and your stage of life. Feel free to reach out to the group leaders via email or phone to let them know you’re interested, or simply jump in and visit based on the time and location provided. If you have questions or would like someone to help you get connected to a group, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What Should I Expect?
Most of our Community Groups consist of 10-15 people who meet in a home once a week for around 2 hours to learn about God, pray, eat, laugh and live.
You do not have to be a member of Sojourn Church to be a part of a community group. All are welcome!
