How do I Receive Care and Counseling at Sojourn?
Joining a Community Group is the best way to experience mutual love and encouragement as a family, to know that someone will visit you when you’re sick or walk with you through tragedy. A weekly one-hour counseling appointment is not sufficient to journey through the difficulties of life. Contact groups@sojournchurch.com for information on how to join a group near you.
We offer one-on-one counseling for those who need extra care and help overcoming sins, hurts, grief or addictions.
Who can receive counseling?
Any person or couple who are not members of another church can receive counseling free of charge. To request counseling, download and read the Informed Consent Form, then sign the last page of the form and bring it to your first counseling session.
Also, fill out the Care Request Form at the link below. Once you have submitted your Care Request Form we will begin processing your request and will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Can I speak to someone on Sunday after a service?
Yes, in fact we encourage you to do so! Many times, we just need someone to listen to a pressing burden and pray with us. If it is determined you still need to request counseling, then we ask you take the “next steps” described above.
