Sojourn Community Church

Pastor, Elder and Overseer are all synonymous terms in the Bible. Pastors are those men who are called and biblically tested to lead Sojourn Community Church.

The requirements and descriptions of pastor/elders are found most explicitly in the Bible in 1 and 2 Timothy and Titus. Elders lead the church in the ministry of prayer and the Word – teaching, caring for souls and modeling godly leadership. Since Sojourn is a multi-campus church, each pastor has a home campus where they attend and participate in community.
