Responsibilities:

Director of Operations for the East campus.

Family:

I have been joyfully married to my wife, Sally, for five years this coming January. Additionally, I have two sons – Jude (3 years old) and Brennan (1 years old). I was adopted when I was two weeks old with my twin brother, Jeff, by my father and my mother. By the extension of marriage, I have a father-in-law, mother-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and two brothers-in-law. Beyond that, I consider the Sojourn body as my family.

Hometown:

I am a military brat. My dad hails from Arkadelphia, Arkansas and my mother hails from Berger, Missouri. They now live in San Antonio, Texas.

Education & Experience:

I graduated from Texas A&M University (Aggies . . . Whoop!) with a B.A. in English Rhetoric. Currently, I am taking classes towards an M.Div. at Southern Seminary. Prior to Sojourn, I served overseas in consulting and missions. Prior to heading overseas, I worked for three years in the banking industry.

Vision for your position:

To serve faithfully, humbly, and excellently by the grace of God. I desire to see our body glorify God through the way we steward our resources (not just finances) – our elders, staff, and members. I desire to see our resources leveraged to maximize ministry opportunities and to strategically implement procedures, policies, and methods which maximize God’s resources for the mission of global-disciple making.
