The Board of Directors for the St. Matthews Area Ministries (St. MAM) voted in favor to embark on a needs assessment journey in partnership with the University of Louisville’s Kent School of Social Work … this is their report.

This short document outlines the goals of Seed, our Community Renewal Initiative, and highlights the specific components we use to accomplish these goals.

This document addresses safety concerns and issues you need to consider for Seed events, as well as the importance of prayer and tips for building relationships rather than simply “doing a project.”

The goal this year is that each community group would embrace a redemptive relationship with a family in need as we serve and minister to them in the name of Christ.

You can read this testimony to your group to expose them to the kind of service we are espousing.

This testimony took place during Mercy on Mondays. However, we hope all groups would get involved in mission whenever and wherever they are. Seed exists to make this happen.
